Education/Consultation
One hour — This is a basic one on one consultation that will asses current diet, lifestyle and nutrition goals. Margaret will provide an over-view of your current diet and nutritional considerations. You will discuss good habits already being practiced and new ones to consider adopting.
8 week Nutrition PROGRAM
8 sessions — A personalized program is developed around your specific nutritional needs and goals, and supported both online and with eight one on one coaching sessions. Some sessions may include a practical element (meal preparation etc.). In addition, all clients will gain complimentary access to our exclusive online app, (considered the gold standard of nutrition coaching applications) in order to help with progress tracking and accountability.
12 week nutrition ProGRAM
12 sessions — A personalized program is developed around your specific nutritional needs and goals, and supported both online and with twelve one on one coaching sessions. Some sessions may include a practical element (meal preparation etc.). 24 week NUTRITION PROGRAM
24 sessions — A personalized program is developed around your specific nutritional needs and goals, and supported both online and with twenty-four one on one coaching sessions. Training and Competition Nutrition
8 week program — Eight sessions that will evaluate current training and competition nutrition, consider competition targets and work with you to find the right combination of pre, post and during training nutrition to help ensure your best performance come race day.
12 week program — Twelve sessions that will evaluate current training and competition nutrition, consider competition targets and work with you to find the right combination of pre, post and during training nutrition to help ensure your best performance come race day.
Group talks or lectures
